Heavenly Hotel Experience
heated floor clean towels prime location
The bathroom floor was heated, so my feet were always warm. I also found lovely, clean towels. They seemed endless. I was very close to the theater. Its convenience was a definite plus.
Our room felt a bit warm. The temperature control seemed a bit off.

The staff were friendly. Their smiles were genuine. I found an attention to detail in every aspect of my visit. Every need seemed anticipated, and every request was immediately fulfilled with warmth.

high level clean room helpful staff
the hotel location allows quick access to many tourist places. the staff displayed a high level of service. the room was spacious and clean. i recommend this hotel without hesitation, it is a very clean hotel. the restaurant and bar are both well situated. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the facilities to be well-kept.

The hotel benefits from its prime location. It's in the city center. immediate access to dining and entertainment venues is easy. public transportation options are close by. the surrounding area is safe for walking at night.

excellent hotel experience
great suggestion room cleanliness heated floor
I visited to attend a baseball game, and the staff was really nice! they suggested some great nearby restaurants. the room cleanliness stood out. It was super clean. i enjoyed the soaking tub and heated floors a lot. the hotel's proximity to the stadium made it easy to walk to the game.
the underground parking had limited spaces. it was a minor inconvenience.

Really good Stay Near Entertainment Venues
helpful staff great location convenient access
The hotel's proximity to the Rogers Centre greatly appealed to me. I easily attended a Blue Jays game. I found the staff quite helpful. The hotel offered convenient access to Front Street, the Hockey Hall of Fame, and St Lawrence Market!
I noticed the absence of coffee in the rooms, with only an espresso machine available, it wasn't my preference in the morning.

The hotel features an Italian restaurant plus a café. It is operated by the Montreal chain Moretti. I saw that in-room service included a delivery charge paid directly to the restaurant. I did not was great, however.

The concierge offered a list of recommended restaurants and pubs. I appreciated this assistance. Turndown service kept refilling my ice bucket, this happened consistently. The staff was attentive. They addressed my needs promptly!

The hotel gym contained three treadmills. I saw two stationary bikes in the same area. Guests have access to a pool shared with residents. I noticed its availability. There is parking on site, enabling easy exploration of the area.

the location was amazing. it was a quick walk to the rogers centre (i attended a blue jays game). the bathroom had heated floors and a large soaking tub. i really enjoyed that feature (so relaxing!).
i found the minibar empty and lacking glassware.
