The bathroom floor was heated, so my feet were always warm. I also found lovely, clean towels. They seemed endless. I was very close to the theater. Its convenience was a definite plus.
Our room felt a bit warm. The temperature control seemed a bit off.

I visited to attend a baseball game, and the staff was really nice! they suggested some great nearby restaurants. the room cleanliness stood out. It was super clean. i enjoyed the soaking tub and heated floors a lot. the hotel's proximity to the stadium made it easy to walk to the game.
the underground parking had limited spaces. it was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's proximity to the Rogers Centre greatly appealed to me. I easily attended a Blue Jays game. I found the staff quite helpful. The hotel offered convenient access to Front Street, the Hockey Hall of Fame, and St Lawrence Market!
I noticed the absence of coffee in the rooms, with only an espresso machine available, it wasn't my preference in the morning.

The hotel features an Italian restaurant plus a café. It is operated by the Montreal chain Moretti. I saw that in-room service included a delivery charge paid directly to the restaurant. I did not was great, however.

The concierge offered a list of recommended restaurants and pubs. I appreciated this assistance. Turndown service kept refilling my ice bucket, this happened consistently. The staff was attentive. They addressed my needs promptly!

the location was amazing. it was a quick walk to the rogers centre (i attended a blue jays game). the bathroom had heated floors and a large soaking tub. i really enjoyed that feature (so relaxing!).
i found the minibar empty and lacking glassware.
